Titel: NETGEM: Inferring temporal dynamics of networked data

Abstract I will describe a probabilistic graphical model based system to infer temporal dynamics of networked data. The model is based on Markovian dynamics on a network structure which is modulated by known functional categories. Some special features of the model are:

• - it can handle multi-way relationships (not just pairwise interactions),
• - it performs a joint inference of closely related models that correspond to small perturbations of the underlying network,
• - it can be extended to continuous time.
