Hildur Æsa Oddsdóttir was born in Reykjavík, Iceland, in 1984. She received the B.Sc. Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Iceland in Reykjavík, 2007 and the M.Sc. Degree in Mathematics from the Royal Institute of Technology (KTH) in Stockholm, Sweden, 2010. Currently, she is a Ph.D. student at the Division of Optimization and Systems Theory at KTH, where she is working, under the supervision of Professor Ulf Jönsson.
