NORDAN 2010 - SECOND ANNOUNCEMENT


Dear colleagues,

we in Göteborg are pleased to announce the 14th Nordan conference in Complex Analysis and Geometry, which will take place the 7-9 May at Lökeberg's Conference hotel, north of Göteborg (www.lokeberg.se). The first lecture of the conference will start at 15.00 on  Friday and the last lecture will  end at 12.00 the following Sunday. It will be followed by a lunch. On Saturday afternoon we are planning an excursion to the pittoresque town Marstrand on a nearby island, followed by a banquet on the occasion of Bo Berndtsson's 60th birthday.

The list of speakers at the conference is as follows:

Zbigniew Blocki, Sébastien Boucksom, Erlend Fornaess Wold, Vincent Guedj, Anne-Katrin Herbig, Sam Lodin, Lisa Nilsson, Joaquim Ortega-Cerdá, Mihai Paun, Kristian Seip, Frank Wikström.

PRACTICAL INFORMATION

*What is the price to stay at the conference hotel (all meals included)?

The price (tax included) to stay in a

single room: 4039 SEK

double room: 3078 SEK

* How to pay?

You pay when you check out from the hotel

*How to get to the conference?

There are regular buses from "Landvetter airport" and "City airport".The journey takes one and a half hour.  From  "Landvetter airport"  there are buses leaving on Friday at  11.55, 12.55 etc and
returning on Sunday at  12.15, 13.15,... From City airport there are buses leaving on Friday at  12.44 , 13.44 and returning on Sunday at 12.41, 14.41, 16.41 (the return takes two hours). Complete  time-tables  and other information will  appear in short on the conference webpage.  See also  the webpage www.lokeberg.se  (choose the link "travel information"). Please let us know if your plan will arrive too late in order to arrive at the conference before 15.00. Then we will try to arrange something.

*When is the dead-line for registration?

The dead-line is 7/4-10.

*How to register?

Please reply to this mail (Nordan2010.math@chalmers.se) by filling in the information below (specifying "Nordan - registration" as the Subject of the mail)
