I am a graduate student at the Mathematics dept. at KTH since July 2009. I am part of the combinatorics group. My advisor is Svante Linusson. My research interests are algebraic statistics, graph theory and polytopes.
My master thesis on algebraic statistics and graph homomorphism ideals was done with Alexander Engström as advisor.
Here is a simple python script generating .mat files (used by 4ti2) for graph homomorphism ideals, and here are the simple instructions on how to use it.
Here is a new version of my simple python script generating .mat files (used by 4ti2) for graph homomorphism ideals, and here are the simple instructions on how to use it. It now also generates the matrix for a cut ideal (and the way to input graphs makes sense)! It requires a file k.mod.
