Eating around campus
There are many different lunch restaurants near KTH; a couple on campus and many on the other side of Valhallavägen. Here are a few of our favorites.
- Republik. In the evenings this is a pretty fancy restaurant, but they have lunch specials for 89 kr. Good traditional food and lots of salad.
- Due Fratelli. Serves italian food (pasta/pizza) and daily specials. Winners of the Nordic pizza championship 2007, apparently.
- Sushi Zen. Serve only sushi, and have no special lunch prices, but it's good. Allegedly where the Japanese embassy takes their guests.
- Sibiriens Soppkök. (Stephanie's favorite!) Very cozy living room-sized restaurant that serves (almost) only soups, but they're really good. Can be hard to get a table if you are more than a handful of people.
- Harpavoljongen. A small café with many tables outdoor, nice when the sun is shining.
- Jakthornet. Traditional lunch restaurant with a large salad table and free refills on the food if you are hungry.
