On robustness of discrete-time systems with varying time delays

We consider robust stability analysis of discrete-time systems with varying time delays. The length and variation rate of the delay parameter
is assumed to be bounded with given lower and upper bounds. The stability problem is treated in the Integral Quadratic Constraint (IQC) framework.
The novelty of this work is the integral quadratic contraint characterization of the time-varying delay operator.
The characterization enables the IQC analysis to be applied for studying robustness property of discrete-time systems in the presence of time-varying delays.
