Johan Markdahl
Johan Markdahl was born in Stockholm, in 1982. He received his Master of Science degree in Engineering Physics from the Royal Institute of Technology (KTH) in Stockholm, Sweden. He spent one year of his Master studies at the Complutense University of Madrid in Madrid, Spain. Markdahl wrote his Master's Thesis at Volvo Construction Equipment, in Eskilstuna, Sweden, on the subject of traction control for off-road vehicles, and worked there as a R&D engineer during the spring of 2010.
Ph.D. Student
Markdahl is currently a Ph.D. student at the Division of Optimization and Systems Theory in the KTH Mathematics Department. Markdahl also belongs to the Centre for Autonomous Systems. His work is founded by the Swedish Foundation for Strategic Research, and his academic supervisor is Professor Xiaoming Hu.
