Solving homework problems is an important practice and can improve your grade. It is therefore especially important that your work is:

  • legible
  • written in an understandable way with full sentences and complete arguments
  • original, i.e. not copied or paraphrased from another source
  • handed in on time.
You can turn in your homework at the beginning of class, or place it in the homework box at the math department, or email it to me. Scans are fine; photographed pages usually are not.

I will return your homework to you in one of the following lectures; it is smart to read my comments and understand your mistakes.

Do not forget to write your name on your homework even if you email it.
